Dear Valued Customers,
We only sell genuine products, and no stamps/stickers will be provided (The stamp/sticker that was pasted on the bottle cap). Some items are decoded, meaning that if there is any batch number or serial number printed on the label, they will be masked/covered up, this is to avoid conflict with local distributors. Please make sure that you can accept these before you purchase. We will not entertain any complaints regarding these.
If you have doubts please do not proceed from here, the authenticity of a product will not be based on the above mentioned factors.

Please take note that our order cut-off time of the day is 09:00am. Orders received before that will be shipped on the same working day, orders received after that will be shipped on the next working day. Our store will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders placed on a Friday evening or Saturday will take longer to reach you because of weekend closure. (Please be informed that “Ship” means the day that we ship/post your order out to the courier and they need some time to process before your order was delivered to you, not “Delivered”)
Important: Please provide a valid hand phone number to facilitate in delivery arrangement.
We will try our best to make sure the orders be shipped as soon as possible, but sometimes, due to some foreseen circumstances the shipment might be late.
You usually will receive your order 1-3 business days after order has been shipped.
The above schedule are for reference only. Due to unforeseen circumstances, or more than usual workload, the delivery might be delayed.
Customers will be provided with a shipment tracking number. The shipment progress can be tracked from the courier’s website.
Please be reminded that goods sold are not returnable/refundable. However:
Damaged Goods – In the unlikely event that an item damaged in delivery we will be more than happy to offer an immediate replacement. The delivery man will note any breakages at the point of delivery. Please email us immediately to inform us of any such occurence.
Please check that the delivered items match your order.
We will not be responsible for mistakes made by buyers who provide wrong or incomplete mailing address, contact information etc.
